Laborer And Enterprise Cannot Find "Common Voice"

In October, 2014, the Job Center of Binh Duong province has statistics, of the 118,945 employees that enterprises need recruitment, the number of common labors is 2.4% of the total number of technicians. Meanwhile the number of unemployed people with specialized qualifications is quite high. It shows that workers and enterprises cannot find "common voice".

According to the statistics, enterprises need to recruit 118,945 workers, the demand for labor is 84,450, accounting for 71%, and the demand for technical labor is 34,495, accounting for 29%. At the job exchange, the number of participating enterprises is 5,262; Number of laborers participating in job placement consultancy is 82,769; Number of laborers recommended for employment is 52,674; Total number of employed laborers is 32,523.

 The director of Job Center in Binh Duong province said that 71% of the common labors needed the job, but the number of job laborers was relatively low, meanwhile the number of skilled workers seeking employment in the center is high. This makes the company can not to find labor for the company to focus on production and workers are not able to meet the demand for employment, salary as well as the regime in accordance with capacity.

What a recruiting enterprise requires in technical and professional workforce is a person with the requisite skills and required foreign languages proficiency (English / Chinese, etc.) However, the majority of Vietnamese workers are weak in foreign languages, becoming the biggest barrier for skilled workers to access the business. Therefore, workers and enterprises cannot find the "common voice", leading to the situation of enterprises still lacks labor and laborers still looking for jobs that are suitable for them.
