  • Notification of establishment of representative office of the enterprise
  • A written decision and a copy of the meeting  minutes of the Board of Members for a multi-member limited liability company with, of the company’s owner or the Board of Members or the company chairman for an single-member limited liability company, of the Board of Management for a joint stock company, of partners for a partnership on the establishment of a representative office.
  • Decision on the appointment of head of representative office
  • Valid copy of one of the personal identification papers of the head of the representative office.

Application dossiers to business registration office

You should take the following steps:

  • Step 1: Preparing all documents as prescribed.
  • Step 2: Submitting the application to the business registration office of the province or city where your representative office is located. You shall pay business registration fee, a specialist shall check if there are enough documents as required, receive them and issue a receipt to you.
  • Step 3: The business registration office shall check the validity of the application and resolve  your application.
